Planning Commission Hearing

A new proposal for Berwyn Square on the Handels site will be heard by the Planning Commission on Tuesday, December 1 at 7pm. This proposal is for an all residential building with 116 apartments and a 300 car garage on 1.7 acres. The developers take the position that it is allowed under the current zoning and does not require a variance.
