Berwyn Square developers Todd Pohlig and David Della Porta have submitted a new plan to the township on the site of the Handel’s store—-a 116 unit apartment building with a 200 car parking garage. They now have three different plans before the township, including their appeal from the first proposal which the Zoning Hearing Board denied.
