Last year the township zoning board denied one variance request of the developers, and granted another request. The developers and the neighbors filed appeals to the court in West Chester. On March 31, the neighbors filed their brief on the height variance issue (attached in the Archive) and the developers wrote a letter to the court stating they were dropping their appeal on the loading dock issue (also in the Archive). The developer has submitted alternative plans that now include the required loading areas. The original plan, however, cannot be built as submitted.
