The Planning Commission announced that it will consider a set of rules for public comment and participation at its regular meeting at the beginning of April. The Commission has a draft of the rules which it said would be available on the township website, but they have not yet been posted.
This may be an opportunity to have the Commission consider improving its procedures for providing notice of upcoming meetings, making the application materials available sooner and in more complete formats, and other procedures to enhance public participation.
